Blur Studio and Amazon MGM Studios' upcoming animated video game series Secret Level will feature a Warhammer 40,000-themed episode, and Games Workshop shared details of the series at New York Comic Con. Secret Level is an animated anthology series consisting of 15 standalone episodes, each based on a game. It's from the people behind the Netflix animated anthology series Love, Death & Robots, and will be released on Prime Video on December 10. In a post on the Warhammer Community site, Games Workshop noted that executive producer and director Dave Wilson was responsible for one of the first Warhammer animations, the iconic opening sequence for the strategy game Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War. As expected, during CitizenCon 2954, Cloud Imperium Games (CIG) presented a new gameplay demo of Squadron 42, a story-driven game set in the Star Citizen universe. The event also announced the release date of the project. Squadron 42 is an ambitious action-adventure game set in the Star Citizen universe. The developers have previously called it a competitor to The Last of Us, God of War, and Red Dead Redemption. However, the demonstration was not without incident. During the live presentation, several crashes occurred. The authors jokingly blamed the PC for this, not the optimization. The full recording of the demonstration can be seen below. https://youtu.be/1H-0x4xk2Xk Squadron 42 is expected to be 30-40 hours long and will be available on PC.

The creators of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 have shown a new video dedicated to the shooter's post-release support. Fans are promised "a whole year" of new products, because "the battle is far from over." The first major content update should be released "very soon." The main feature of the released update 4.0 was the Termination mission on the planet Kadaku, a "killer" difficulty level and a photo mode (only when playing alone) for cooperative PvE operations. On "killer" difficulty, Majoris-level enemies can become enraged (become even stronger), ammo boxes have limitations for each player, and armor after finishing off is restored only near partners. According to the developers, the previous patch made operations (especially with the forces of Chaos) "noticeably easier"...
