S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl Receives First Patch in 2025

Developers from GSC Game World released the first patch for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl this year. The update fixed some bugs, such as a memory leak in one of the locations. GSC "cured" crashes and freezes during shader compilation, "plugged" a memory leak at the Rostok plant, solved the problem of disappearing saves on Xbox, and fixed a bug with interface animations that caused the application to crash. In addition, users should no longer experience performance degradation when shooting/aiming on saves with a lot of time played. The official launch and pre-order date has finally been set for the SuperStation One, an FPGA console that can run PlayStation 1 games without any software emulation. The gaming system is even compatible with original PS1 memory cards and controllers. Retro Remake currently offers the system in black, gray, and translucent blue. It comes with a 64GB microSD card and has three USB Type-A ports, an Ethernet port, and an NFC reader that can be used to launch certain games. The console is powered by a USB Type-C port.
