The first reveal of the Nintendo Switch 2 is scheduled for January 16, 2025, according to authoritative insider NateDrake. Sources claim that this Thursday will be the only time the console will be presented - some games running on it may appear in the trailer, but they will not be discussed separately for now. In fact, Nintendo presented the first Switch with a similar video in the fall of 2016. Three months later, a full presentation followed. Nate the Hate suggests that the Switch 2 could be released in May or June of this year — which matches up with other sources — and that a new version of Mario Kart could be available at launch, with 3D Mario set to release in holiday 2025. Rebellion Studios has released a large gameplay trailer for its next game, Atomfall. The video is almost eight minutes long. Inspired by real events, Atomfall is set in the north of England five years after the accident at the Windscale nuclear power plant. Players will explore the exclusion zone, find and craft valuable items, interact with unusual characters and fight for survival. In the video, the authors demonstrated many locations - both open and linear. The action of the action-survivalist will unfold in an alternative England of the 1960s, which survived a large-scale disaster at a nuclear power plant. ZOTAC brought a prototype of the updated Zone Gaming console to CES 2025, which differs from the model available on the market with a new central processor.  The developers have significantly updated the hardware of their gaming console. The AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor (12 cores, 24 threads) based on the Zen 5 architecture is responsible for the performance of Zone Gaming. The chip is manufactured using the 4 nm process technology, has 24 MB of L3 cache memory and 1 MB of L2 cache memory per core. In addition, there is Radeon 890M graphics on the RDNA 3.5 architecture with 16 computing units. Square Enix has released a new trailer highlighting the features of the PC version of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. The video shows off a number of significant improvements, including advanced lighting and improved graphics that make the game look even more realistic.
