This pre-release build offers game developers and other Epic Games partners the opportunity to test the engine's new features. The main change will be the readiness of the Procedural Content Generation Framework (PCG) for use in real projects. PCG enables procedural content creation; it was previously available in test mode. The PCG framework adds GPU overrides, improved scaling, and expanded cross-platform support, including FastGeo. A new PCG editor mode enables spline drawing and volumetric texture creation, and PCG graphs can now run standalone. While the previous short teaser showed off the guns and maps from multiplayer, the new video showcases nearly three minutes of multiplayer gameplay. Fans can expect dynamic gunfights and fluid movement with slides and even the ability to lightly wall-run. At launch, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 multiplayer will offer 18 maps (16 6v6 and two 20v20), a selection of new and returning modes, 30 weapons, and a level-up system.
