An 11-minute video showing gameplay of the sci-fi action RPG The Outer Worlds 2, which is set to be released before the end of 2025 on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Game Pass, has appeared on IGN’s YouTube channel.
The 11-minute gameplay video for The Outer Worlds 2 published by IGN shows the completion of a quest to infiltrate a research complex captured by cultists. The protagonist is accompanied by an ex-cultist named Aza on the mission. The hero manages to participate in open combat and stealth, as well as get a scanner that allows him to distinguish invisible enemies and see through walls.
They promise full-fledged stealth (with silent finishing moves, enemy corpses being detected), effective melee weapons, improved shooting (with an eye on Destiny), new movement options and throwables.
The title presentation will take place on June 8. The Outer Worlds 2 will be released on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series before the end of 2025.
