Blizzard Entertainment has revealed a gameplay trailer for the Spirit Heir, a new class in Diablo IV. The class has interesting gameplay capabilities: The Heir can both fight personally and call upon spirits for help.
The heir to the spirits is the undisputed king of the jungle, Nahantu. In battle, he is strengthened by mysterious spells, and otherworldly spirits, inseparably connected with the heritage of an ancient civilization, act as allies.
The gameplay trailer for the class (attached below) showed all four spirits that the heir can call from the other world: the jaguar Rezoka, the centipede Balazan, the eagle Quatli and the gorilla Vumba.
Characters in this class are versatile fighters, combining devastating three-hit combos with deft acrobatic moves. They master close combat skills and have outstanding agility.
The new class is coming to Diablo IV with the Vessel of Hate expansion. The addon will be released on October 8, 2024.
