GSC Game World has announced its participation in the Gamescom 2024 gaming exhibition, where a new demo of the long-awaited game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be presented. It is mentioned that the demo will be in the public area. This probably means that everyone will be able to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2.
A demo version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be available for play to guests of the public zone of gamescom 2024 (i.e. ordinary users). The project will be located at the Xbox stand.
It is worth noting that this will not be the first appearance of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 at gaming events. In June, GSC brought the shooter to the Summer Game Fest, where journalists managed to try it out (they were impressed).
Ahead of gamescom 2024, on August 12, GSC Game World will host a presentation of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl on Xbox channels: an interview with the developers, lots of new gameplay, and a walkthrough of one of the quests.
The game itself has recently been postponed once again. If S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl was previously promised to be released on September 5, now the release is announced for November 20.
