Until Dawn Remake PC System Requirements Revealed

Having recently undergone “significant” layoffs, British studio Ballistic Moon has shared system requirements and other details for the PC version of the remake of the interactive horror film Until Dawn.

To run the game on any computer, you will need Windows 10 or Windows 11 and 70GB of available space on your solid-state drive.

Minimum requirements include an Intel Core i7 4790K or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X, 8GB of RAM, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660, AMD Radeon RX 470, or equivalent with 6GB of RAM for 720p/30 FPS on low settings. Medium settings at 1080p/60 FPS require a Core i5 8600 or Ryzen 7 2700X, 16GB of RAM, and a GeForce RTX 2060 or Radeon RX 6600XT.

For high and ultra graphics settings, you will definitely need an NVMe SSD.

If you want to play at 1440p 60 fps or 4K 30 fps on high settings, you’ll need a Core i5 8600 or Ryzen 7 2700X, 16 GB of RAM, and a GeForce RTX 3080 or Radeon RX 6800XT graphics card. And for ultra graphics at 4K 60 fps, you’ll need a Core i7 11700K or Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 16 GB of RAM, and a GeForce RTX 3080 Ti or Radeon RX 6900XT graphics card.

Until Dawn will go on sale on October 4 for PC (Steam, EGS) and PS5 at a price of $60. They promise graphics on Unreal Engine 5 (the game is recreated from scratch), a reworked prologue and a full translation into Russian. Linking a PSN account on PC is required.
