Team17 and The Game Kitchen are preparing for a quick return to the lands of Cvstodia. The gamers’ interest should be attracted by a large update for Blasphemous II and the Mea Culpa add-on with new areas, quests and an alternative ending.
Mea Culpa will tell the story of the Penitent One, who decided to go in search of his sword from the first Blasphemous. The addon will add two large biomes with bosses, four quests, an alternative ending for the hero, new prayers and nine fresh music tracks. The game will also receive a free True Torment update, which should expand some existing locations, add unique abilities and a New Game + mode.
True Torment update and Blasphemous II: Mea Culpa will be released on PC (Steam, GOG, EGS), PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch on the same day – October 31.
