Ubisoft Delays Assassin’s Creed Shadows by Three Months

Earlier, journalist Tom Henderson predicted the postponement of the adventure game Assassin’s Creed: Shadows. On August 25, it became known that Ubisoft really decided to postpone the project for 3 months.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows was presented in May and until recently was expected to be released on November 15 on PC (Ubisoft Connect, EGS), Mac (App Store), PS5, Xbox Series X and S.

As it became known, the release of Assassin’s Creed Shadows is now planned only for February 14, 2025 – including for Steam. The game will mark Ubisoft’s return to releasing new games on Steam at the same time as other platforms.

The developers of Assassin’s Creed Shadows cited a lack of time to polish and finalize all key features within the established deadlines as the reason for the delay.

Additionally, it is reported that the developers have decided to abandon the season pass as a tool to support Shadows after release.
