OneXPlayer was among the first to announce a console based on Snapdragon G3 Gen 3. Moreover, the device is quite unusual and can change its form factor. The new product is called OneXSugar.
A portable device equipped with two screens: a 6.01-inch main screen and a 3.92-inch secondary screen. The secondary display can rotate almost 360 degrees, allowing it to function as a second screen or stand.
The OneXSugar also features non-removable hinged controllers. Based on the images released, the device appears to be thicker than most portable gaming consoles. This is likely due to the second screen and the unusual design of the controllers. Other technical details about the console have not yet been revealed.
In turn, the portable console AyaNeo Pocket S2 received a 6.3-inch TrueColor IPS display with support for 1440p resolution. The manufacturer claims that the device is designed for long gaming sessions, is equipped with a high-capacity battery (exact parameters are not specified) and supports fast charging. The console is equipped with an active cooling system with a large radiator, which ensures stable performance under high loads.
The cost of the new devices has not been announced at the time of writing. OneXPlayer plans to open pre-orders for OneXSugar in May 2025.
