SNK has revealed a new playable fighter for its upcoming fighting game Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. The new fighter is iconic Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. According to his official profile, Cristiano has developed various moves while playing football, which make him an unstoppable force even for experienced fighters.
As noted by SNK, Ronaldo’s “various techniques” developed during his passion for football make him “an unstoppable force even for experienced fighters.” In the gameplay trailer below, Terry Bogard is unable to oppose the athlete. It is worth noting that Ronaldo’s character in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves bears only a vague resemblance to his prototype. In addition, the fighter is voiced not by the footballer himself, but by actor Juan Felipe Sierra.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is expected to release on April 24 on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation and Xbox Series consoles.
