Rhinotales Studio has released a turn-based tactics game called Critical Shift. According to the developers, you will experience tough gameplay with limited resources.
Critical Shift takes place on the territory of the top-secret research complex ICE-1, located deep under the ice in Antarctica. The enterprise received a distress signal, after which contact with it was lost. Players in Critical Shift will have to lead a special forces squad and contain the spread of objects hidden in the depths of the complex that can erase the line between reality and madness.
Critical Shift’s debut trailer showcases a mysterious atmosphere, hints at the development of the plot, and the first footage of gameplay. Rhinotales insists that the graphics and gameplay will be improved by release.
Critical Shift is set to be released in 2025 on PC (Steam), PlayStation and Xbox.
