At yesterday’s Future Games Show presentation, developers Owlcat Games announced another project — the sci-fi action RPG The Expanse: Osiris Reborn. The game is based on the popular TV series The Expanse, which in turn is based on the novel series of the same name. Although a full-fledged gameplay demonstration is still a long way off, the developers have already revealed some details.
Players will take on the role of a mercenary for the security company Pinkwater, who found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. An unexpected quarantine on the asteroid Eros cut the hero off from the outside world and unwittingly drew him into a conspiracy of cosmic proportions. In The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, you will have to assemble and unite a team, become the captain of the most modern ship in the solar system, break through a web of lies and leave a mark on history.
The Expanse: Osiris Reborn is in development for PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series. There is no release date yet.
