Channel37 Studios has announced the release date for its oceanic survival adventure, The Last Caretaker. The project will launch in early access on November 6, with the full release expected approximately a year later.
The player’s primary goal is to preserve the seeds of humanity, nurture them, and deliver them to the last human settlement in space. The game’s story unfolds through a world shaped by the decisions and consequences of past generations. Players will explore the story of the caretaker’s awakening and understand what it means to be human.

The world of The Last Caretaker offers a deep survival-crafting system with modular crafting and a resource-based combat system. Players must manage limited resources: craft weapons to battle mechanical enemies or conserve materials for escape. The ocean world is filled with abandoned structures, laboratories, and humanity’s last refuges, which can be explored and recycled into weapons, tools, and power grids.
An early version of The Last Caretaker will be released on PC (Steam, EGS). The final version of the survival adventure is also expected to be released on consoles.
