On October 21st, RV There Yet?, a new co-op indie game that takes gamers on an adventure behind the wheel of a campervan, was released on Steam. A return home from vacation doesn’t go as planned, so travelers must navigate the countryside, encounter various obstacles, survive in the wilderness, and tow their campervan with winches.

As a reminder, RV There Yet? sold over 1 million copies within four days of its official release. By the end of the week, sales had exceeded 1.3 million units, and by the end of the first month, they had reached 4 million.

As PC Gamer noted, by mid-December, RV There Yet?’s total sales worldwide had already reached 4.5 million copies. The developers say this figure is mind-boggling.

The announcement was accompanied by the release of the project’s first major update. The patch added the Mt. Yurbuttsk map, new items, instruments, music tracks, snowball fight mechanics, the ability to drink vodka, and much more.

In addition to the new content, the patch includes a partial translation of RV There Yet? into 15 new languages. Currently, the localization covers only the Mabutts Valley region, but the team is actively working to complete the adaptation.
