“Dune: Awakening” Pre-Orders Open

Funcom has announced that pre-orders for Dune: Awakening, an ambitious multiplayer survival game, are now open. Players now have the opportunity to reserve their copy in advance and receive exclusive rewards. Players will have to look for water sources and spice emissions, build shelters, participate in large-scale PvP battles and avoid sandworms. Earlier, the developers of Dune: Awakening announced that they had abandoned the release in early access. The game will not require a subscription. The project will develop through free updates and paid add-ons. Silent Hill f Banned in Australia: Too Scary to Release?

Silent Hill f may actually be the creepiest game in the series. It's the first game in the series to receive an 18+ rating in Japan, and now it's been revealed that Australia has refused to classify the game, effectively banning it from the country. The ACB has categorized the game as "RC" (Refused Classification), meaning it cannot be sold without modification. System Shock 2 Remaster Gets New Trailer and Release Date

At the spring Future Games Show, a trailer for System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster was presented, comparing the original and the updated version. Characters, weapons and animations have become more detailed, and the environment is darker and more lively. The remaster promises to update "all cutscenes, textures, character models and weapons", support for 4K, 144 fps on PC, ultra-wide monitors and user modifications, as well as cooperative multiplayer. Chaosmonger Studios has announced Voivod: The Nuclear Warrior, a Metroidvania/side-scrolling action adventure and the first official video game from Canadian heavy metal band Voivod. Voivod: The Nuclear Warrior takes place in a world of nuclear apocalypse and mechanical horrors, inspired by the band's dystopian and sci-fi universe. Players will take on the role of a warrior who has literally lost his head due to constant mutations.
