Publisher Fireshine Games and developer Undercoders announced that Denshattack! will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store on June 17. The Switch 2 version was just announced. A demo for Switch 2 is already available.
Denshattack! was officially unveiled last summer ahead of Gamescom: Opening Night Live and was scheduled for release in spring 2026 on PC and home consoles.
The announcement was accompanied by a breathtaking gameplay trailer. Following the presentation, a demo version of the game will be released on the Nintendo Switch 2.
Denshattack! takes place in a near-future Japan plagued by climate catastrophe. Gangs stage illegal acrobatic train competitions as part of the underground Denshattack movement.
Users will have access to a gravity-defying train (customizable), which allows them to perform ollies, kickflips, grinds, and other skateboarding tricks with acrobatic grace.
Interestingly, the concept of “stunt skateboarding on trains” is relatively new to the industry, making the announcement especially intriguing for fans of niche arcade games.
