There is less than a day left until the release of the post-apocalyptic open-world shooter S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl from GSC Game World, but some owners of early copies could not resist and have already started streaming the game.
One of the enterprising streamers was German blogger Game of Play. He posted the first half hour of his playthrough of the Xbox version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl on YouTube.
The video has already been removed at the request of GSC Game World, but by a lucky chance it can still be seen.
The events of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will unfold in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. They promise a seamless open world of 60 km2, hardcore gameplay, a 40-hour storyline, three endings.
Judging by the video, before the game starts, we are only given the choice of difficulty level. The recording also shows the inventory, communication with non-player characters, exploration of locations and shootouts with enemies. The action mostly takes place at night, so it is quite difficult to see the surroundings.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be released today, November 20, on PC (Steam, GOG, EGS, Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X and S, and Game Pass. The first reviews of the game will appear just two hours before the official release.
