Following the first patch, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl immediately received a second one. It is focused on fixing bugs in six missions.
For the most part, the fixes for the story missions listed below are related to errors caused by the player completing tasks in a non-standard order or odd NPC spawns.

Main missions that have received improvements (no spoilers):
“On the Edge” – the second wave of enemies will now spawn correctly;
“A Minor Incident” – the story character will no longer die for no reason during the mission;
“Just Like the Good Old Days” – players will no longer get stuck after installing a fuse;
“All That is Left” – fixed a bug preventing the mission from being completed during the exploration of a chemical plant;
“Down Below” – enemies will no longer spawn in places inaccessible to the player;
“Visions of Truth” – the story character will no longer disappear during the mission.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl was released on November 20 for PC (Steam, GOG, Microsoft Store, EGS), Xbox Series X/S and Game Pass. In the first two days, the game sold over 1 million copies.
