Chaosmonger Studios has announced Voivod: The Nuclear Warrior, a Metroidvania/side-scrolling action adventure and the first official video game from Canadian heavy metal band Voivod.  Voivod: The Nuclear Warrior takes place in a world of nuclear apocalypse and mechanical horrors, inspired by the band's dystopian and sci-fi universe. Players will take on the role of a warrior who has literally lost his head due to constant mutations. Guided by his own disembodied mind, the hero must restore the fragments of his consciousness and escape from this nightmare.
