Troy Baker (Joel in The Last of Us) to Appear in Naughty Dog’s Next Game

Troy Baker, well known to gamers for his role as Joel in the cult series The Last of Us and many other projects, has confirmed his participation in the next project from Naughty Dog. Details about the game are still being kept a closely guarded secret, but company representatives have already hinted that it will be a completely new universe.

Let us recall that in The Last of Us dilogy, Baker played the smuggler Joel (he was the main character of the first part), and in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy he gave his voice to Sam Drake, the brother of the protagonist, Nathan.

In a conversation with GQ, Druckmann said that he would “always work with Troy without a second thought,” but he did not share any details about his future project at Naughty Dog with the publication.

When exactly the new game will be released and what details await us is still unknown. However, for fans of the studio’s work, Baker’s participation has become another reason to expect a grand announcement.
