The cozy mystical driving simulator Easy Delivery Co. is coming to Steam on September 18. In honor of the upcoming release, a new trailer for the game was published. This was reported by the publisher Oro Interactive.
According to the plot, the main character – an anthropomorphic cat reminiscent of characters from Animal Crossing – gets a job as a driver for a delivery service in a once-bustling mountain town suffering from snowstorms. Players will have to deliver goods in their minivan (a type of kei car), listen to music on the road, barely make a living, buy gas at exorbitant prices at local gas stations and get to know the townspeople.
Easy Delivery Co. will offer a choice of driving style (calm or aggressive), survival elements (you need to monitor energy, temperature and fuel), upgrades for the van, radio stations with different music and graphics in the style of PS1 games.
The Easy Delivery Co. demo has received over a thousand reviews on Steam, with 97% of reviews being “overwhelmingly positive,” according to the developer. Easy Delivery Co. is set to release on PC on September 18.
