System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster Console Version Gets Release Date

While PC players are already enjoying the return of the cult role-playing shooter System Shock 2 in the form of a new remaster from Nightdive Studios, console owners continue to wait in the wings. However, the wait is not long.

System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster will be available on July 10 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. This was announced by the developers from the Nightdive studio themselves.

The console version was supposed to be released at the end of June, but a few days before the release, the developers said that they had encountered some problems.

The PC version of System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster was released on schedule on Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG ($30). In the Valve service, the remaster has more than 500 “very positive” reviews (rating 88%).
