After Four years, GTA V Upgrades To PS5, Xbox Series X And S Versions Is Finally Free

Credit: Rockstar Games Rockstar Games announced the next major update for Grand Theft Auto Online. Players will be able to explore new content. As a reminder, Rockstar Games sold the GTA V update for current-generation consoles at its March 2022 release: the game cost $10 on PS5 for the first three months (then $40), and $20 ($40) on Xbox Series X and S. As it became known, starting June 18, 2026, all owners of the digital edition of GTA V on PS4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade their game to the PS5, Xbox Series X, and S versions completely free. RetroSpace takes place on the Aurora 5 station, trapped in a sentient black hole, drifting through the endless void of space and constantly jumping between time periods.
