Marvel’s Wolverine, which was unveiled in 2021, doesn’t have an official release date yet, but leaked documents suggested a release date of late 2026. According to MP1st’s source, Insomniac Games still intends to release the game next year. There is also news about a Venom spin-off.
In addition to Wolverine, the same informants reported on the development of the game about Venom. Although the exact release dates and the state of the project are not disclosed, it became known that the plot will focus on Eddie Brock, who will act as the main character. A new version of Anti-Venom will also appear in the story.
MP1st also reports that Insomniac Games is currently trying to find a place for Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man 2099) in one of its projects. It is unclear whether this will be a Venom spin-off or a third installment of Marvel’s Spider-Man. This task may be related to the premiere of the animated film Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse in 2027.
