Eschatology Entertainment, with the support of publisher 4Divinity, announced their debut game, Guns of Eschaton. This is the final project of the late Viktor Antonov, art director of Half-Life 2 and Dishonored, who worked on it until his untimely death in 2025.

Guns of Eschaton takes place in the Wild West, plunged into a mystical and spiritual apocalypse known as “The Burn”: reality is crumbling under the onslaught of ancient forces, warring cults, and unimaginable myths.

Players, as a seemingly ordinary man, must escape this terrifying world and return home. Despite his ordinary nature, the hero has everything he needs: a Colt, killer instincts, and a clear goal.

The developers emphasized that in Guns of Eschaton, you’ll have to relearn how to shoot—it’s not just a shooter where victory depends on your reflexes. You’ll have to study your enemies, select the right bullets for them, and conserve ammo.

If the journey proves unbearably difficult, you can form a squad—Guns of Eschaton will feature co-op support, with full progression in both single-player and co-op modes.

Guns of Eschaton is being developed for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
