As predicted by the October announcement, the arrival of a full-fledged character editor in the mythological action RPG Titan Quest 2 from THQ Nordic and the German studio Grimlore Games didn’t take long.

The main new feature is the character editor. It lets you choose your character’s gender, build, facial features, and other attributes. You can also share your character code with friends or use a pre-made character created by someone else.

Unfortunately, you can’t currently change the appearance of existing characters. This feature will be added in the next update.

Titan Quest 2 is a deeply customizable action RPG, so it’s no surprise that many players are confused by the terminology. For these players, we’ve added the ability to look up the meaning of specific terms in tooltips. Subtitles have also been added to cutscenes.

In addition to the character editor, the patch brought hints about how certain mechanics work, subtitles for intro videos, the ability to activate item comparison by pressing or holding a key, and new enemy voice lines.
