Capcom shared the latest developments in its fantasy RPG, Dragon’s Dogma 2. Released last March, it attracted widespread attention from genre enthusiasts, offering a wealth of deep mechanics and engaging exploration.
In less than two weeks (11 days) since its official release, Dragon’s Dogma 2 has sold over 2.5 million copies worldwide, and by the end of two months, the figure had exceeded 3 million units.
As of November 5, 2025, cumulative sales of Dragon’s Dogma 2 across all target platforms have reached 4 million copies. The announcement was accompanied by new themed illustrations.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 fans, in the comments to the announcement on Steam and X, are calling on Capcom not to abandon the franchise and the game, demanding promised performance improvements and additional content.
PC gamers can now pick up Dragon’s Dogma 2 at a significant discount as part of the Steam sale, which runs until December 2nd. The standard edition is 58% off, and the Dragon’s Dogma 2 Deluxe Edition is 50% off.
