Skull and Bones will be released on Steam next month. Ubisoft has announced that the ship combat game will be released on the platform on August 22. The release will take place 6 months after the game’s initial release.
Let us remind you that Skull and Bones debuted on February 16 on PS5, Xbox Series X and S, as well as PC, but the PC version has so far been and remains exclusive to the Ubisoft Store and Epic Games Store.
Skull and Bones takes place in the Indian Ocean during the golden age of piracy (late 17th century). Players will have to go from a beached outcast to the most famous sea robber in the region.
Like past Ubisoft releases on Steam, Skull and Bones will be integrated with Ubisoft Connect, will receive Denuvo with a device limit, but will not have Steam achievements.
To play the game on Steam, players must always be online and have a Ubisoft account.
